This suit is actually a basically unaltered High-Altitude Windak Pressure Suit made for the British Royal Air Force. BoShek wears the same one in ANH in the Cantina. While it is unlikely that this is the SAME suit as in the Who episode, it is still a really cool common ground between two amazing franchises!
